At Brightyy.online, we want you to love your wall lights as much as we do! If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make it easy with hassle-free returns and refunds. Here's the simple scoop:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Item must be:
    • Unused / uninstalled
    • In original condition (no damage from use)
    • In original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) required.
  • Sale / discounted items are generally non-returnable unless defective/damaged (we'll check case-by-case).

2. What We Accept Returns For

  • Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product: If the light arrives broken, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered – full refund or replacement.
  • Changed Your Mind: For any other reason (e.g., doesn't match your room vibe) – return accepted, but you cover return shipping.
  • Fragile items like wall lights are packed carefully, but if transit damage occurs, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos – we'll handle it quickly!

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at thecalmspace19@gmail.com within 7 days with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item/packaging (especially for damage claims)
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions and a return label (if eligible).
  3. Pack the item securely (use original box if possible) and ship back via the provided method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect (usually 2–5 days), we'll process your refund or send a replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.) – processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refund Amount: Full product price + original shipping (if return due to our error: wrong/defective). Return shipping deducted if "change of mind".
  • COD Orders: Refund to bank account (provide details) or store credit if preferred.
  • No cash refunds at pickup/drop-off points.

5. Important Notes

  • We don't accept returns for: installed/used items, custom-modified lights, or if packaging is damaged beyond normal transit.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility for non-defect returns (we'll share economical options).
  • In case of lost returns in transit: We'll assist, but responsibility lies with the carrier you use.
  • Force majeure (e.g., strikes, floods) may delay processing – thanks for your patience!
