These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, and services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Brightyy (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Brightyy.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

  • All wall lights and products are subject to availability. We may refuse/cancel orders for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are approximate and for guidance only. We strive for accuracy but are not liable for minor variations.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy—we accept by confirming shipment.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (GST as shown). Shipping/handling extra (see Shipping Policy).
  • We accept major payment methods via secure gateways (Razorpay/PayU/etc.). You authorize us to charge your chosen method.
  • All payments are final except as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • No responsibility for third-party payment failures.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Refer to our separate Shipping Policy (linked). Delivery times are estimates—delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.) are not our liability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties Refer to our Return & Refund Policy (linked). We offer limited warranties on products as stated on listings (typically manufacturer warranties for electrical items). No implied warranties beyond what's required by Indian law.

6. Intellectual Property All content (logos, text, images, designs, product photos) on Brightyy.online is our property or licensed to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to view/use for personal shopping only. No copying, modifying, or commercial use without permission.

7. User Content If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use/display them. You warrant your content doesn't infringe third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.
  • We disclaim all warranties except as expressly stated or required by law (e.g., no guarantee against uninterrupted Site access).

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
